Yair Kopolovich

Yair Kopolovich brings over 18 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) to his role as CEO of Goldfinger Communications and Strategy. Yair has spent his career navigating the intersection of digital, social, public relations, and advertising—crafting strategies that connect with audiences and deliver results.

At Goldfinger, Yair develops and executes multi-channel communication plans tailored to a wide range of clients, from global corporations to public institutions. His approach hinges on blending diverse media tools to amplify messages and meet complex goals, whether it’s raising awareness, educating markets, or driving engagement.

His work spans an impressive array of projects: he’s shaped digital strategies for ICL and its subsidiaries (Dead Sea Industry, Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd., and Bromine Compounds Ltd.) in Israel and abroad, including a national campaign to engage younger audiences with Bromine Compounds’ mission. For GSK Pharma, Yair provides communication strategy and integrated solutions, supporting the company’s presence within Israel’s health basket. He’s advised the Ministry of Environment on strategic initiatives, guided the Rothschild Foundation in promoting equality and leadership, and steered the Israel Nature and Parks Authority toward impactful outreach for diverse audiences.

Beyond these, Yair has left his mark on initiatives like Pango’s cellular parking service rollout, the Ministry of Economy’s National Project for Water Saving, and digital consultation for Tel Hashomer’s maternity ward. He’s supported CNN’s international news network with ongoing media management, empowered the Kibbutzim College with strategic direction, and served as a leading digital advisor to the European Union’s Partnership for Peace project—where he also lectures on media strategy and digital innovation.
